As many of you may know, in addition to my fitness writing work, I have trained as a Pn1 Nutrition Coach. This means I am qualified to help people change their lives by changing their nutrition.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, enjoy more energy or just live better (and who wouldn’t?!), I am able to help.
However, this doesn’t mean I am giving up writing – far from it! In fact, stay tuned for news of upcoming books later in 2021.
